At SR Trans, we understand that a well-planned and managed transport system plays an essential role in providing safe and dependable transportation for children in district schools. To achieve this, we ensure that we move and connect people to places safely, efficiently and effectively across Ohio. We have a dedicated team of staff on the ground 24 hours to respond to phone calls and emails to pick up late after-school students. As soon as school routes are assigned, drivers give parents of students a courtesy call to introduce themselves and explain the pickup and drop off plan.

SR Trans is a reliable and efficient transportation service that started in 2015 with one van and has expanded to more than 50 Vehicles in its fleet. Our vehicles in Cleveland log more than 400,000 miles every year, transporting clients to several locations across Ohio. SR Trans is a firm that has built its financial reputation with financial institutions and creditors and has multiple access to credit facilities considering its experience and years in business. Between 2022 and 2023 SR Trans revenue grew by 117% while its operational profit increased by 65% and has since continually grown. We have always been able to pay staff and suppliers as at when due. We have enough liquidity in case of delayed payments.
With over 50 dedicated drivers and still expanding, we are trained to take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and achieve results with little oversight. We have back-up staff/drivers and vehicles to cover for unexpected vehicle breakdowns and same day transport requests and a 24-hour standby staff to take calls and respond to immediate situations. Drivers have GPS systems to help smooth Navigation and communication devices to be reached at any time when it’s safe to do so. Our Vehicles are equipped with the Samsara Trackers. When it comes to organization and staff capacity you can always count on us.
At SR Trans, we understand that Confidentiality is the protection of personal information. Confidentiality means keeping a client’s information between you and the client, and not telling others including co-workers, friends, family, etc. That’s why we ensure our staff maintain confidentiality of all our clients. Our staff are trained not to discuss anything about a client unless on permission of the client on a need-to-know basis and if it directly impacts their ability to complete their job. We value privacy and security.

Quality Assurance is very key to the success of any organization to consistently deliver services that meet the requirements of customers and stakeholders. Hence, SR Trans holds quality assurance to a high standard and has placed necessary measures in place to achieve quality in our operations. We ensure drivers plan their trips ahead and that vehicles are serviced on a regular basis.
Driving and Non-Driving personnel are qualified to perform their respective tasks based on a combination of related experiences, education, and training. Education and experience constitute the primary means of qualification. Closure management, in conjunction with training program administrators are responsible for providing any additional skills and training prior to assigning employees specific project duties. Typical training methods include revisiting the Ohio school bus drivers test and Smartride continuous driver education including relating with children with special needs.
